Our Cross Training classes are perfect for those who want a bit of everything in their training sessions. These classes are always up beat and challenging for all levels of fitness.
Cross Training classes utilise High Intensity Interval training to give you a great work out while burning body fat, boosting muscle endurance as well as cardio vascular fitness.
You can expect our Cross Training classes to include a variety to non-traditional equipment; including sleds, kegs, tyres and ropes; as well as traditional training equipment such as medicine balls, rowers, bikes and running drills.
