APEX Junior Development Squad
These classes are perfect for those looking to begin their athletic journey, with the squad catering for athletes aged 10 to 13. Our instructors teach the athletes correct running, jumping and landing mechanics, as well as developing better movement mechanics.
We focus on developing movement proficiency through a sequence of foundational training activities using resistance bands, medicine balls, body weight strength & control exercises, as well as teaching effective squat, hip hinge and lunging movement patterns.
Our Junior Development classes set an effective foundation of athletic development allowing for the progression into more advanced athletic training activities in a safe and prepared fashion.
