Rachel Matthews is the co-founder of Active Lifestyle, and has been instrumental in the development of our Oakleigh training studio. Rachel has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Education; and with over 20 years of Physical Education teaching, she brings a sense of enthusiasm to all her spin classes and a real sense of fun.
Her spin classes are like no other you have tried, with props, class themes, a range of music from classic disco to rock; she enjoys challenging all participants each session.
Rachel enjoys training for marathons and half ironman competitions as well as spending time with her active family. She has a strong commitment to building community and seeing people achieve their goals.
