The structure of the Active Lifestyle kettlebell classes allows many parts of the body to be strengthened simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training, leading to a fun and varied class.
Our classes combine the best of kettlebell training with the best body weight strength training along with conditioning tools like sleds and rowers to give you a fun and challenging experience.
The intensity of our classes can be modified by using different sizes of kettlebells or by changing the number of repetitions or having longer rest periods. For this reason beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class.
