 Co-founded Active Lifestyle in 1995, since this time he has overseen the growth and expansion of services offered by Active Lifestyle. Chris completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement at RMIT in 1993, is an accredited exercise physiologist and an NSCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach.
Chris has a long history in conducting fitness programs within the sporting environments, working extensively in Australian Rules Football. He has spent 14 years within the TAC Cup; running the strength and conditioning programs for the Eastern Ranges, Oakleigh Chargers, as well as in the VFL with the Sandringham Zebras and AFL Victoria's Vic Metro teams in the AFL National Championships.
Currently in charge of the strength and conditioning programs for Box Hill Senior Secondary College's Senior football, Senior male and Senior female basketball academies. |
