Active Lifestyle group fitness sessions include;

  • Beginner Fitness - An exercise program that will help you to change the shape of your body, loose weight, tone-up and feel great.

  • Bootcamp - A high intensity outdoor training program designed to get you out of your comfort zone and achieve results you wont believe. The program is designed to challenge you physically and mentally soif you like the thought of pushing your body beyond its limitations and like working as part of a team then ALS bootcamp is for you!

  • Morning Mums - This is a chance to take some time out for yourself. Get back into shape, strengthen your core, lose weight, and feel better about yourself in a friendly and social environment.

  • Fighting Fit - Are you ready for change? Do you want variation in your workouts? Motivation, and fun are key points in this exercise group.
